  • 2 Zwiebeln (onions)
  • 150 g Speckwürfel (bacon cubes)

  • Röstzwiebeln (crispy fried onions) for topping

Instructions

  1. Cook the Spätzle according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Wash the leeks thoroughly and slice them into rings. Peel the onions and slice them into rings.
  3. Heat the butter in a large frying pan, then add the bacon and cook until crispy.
  4. Add the onions to the pan and cook until translucent.
